SOLIDWORKS World 2019

Using Structural Simulation Engineer to Solve Real-World Problems

Session Speakers
Session Description

Session Description: The world of engineering simulation is growing more and more complex by day. This session will focus on an existing SOLIDWORKS Simulation customer, InFocus Energy Services from Canada. InFocus specializes in providing products and services to the Oil & Gas industry. As a SOLIDWORKS Simulation user they were running complex problems that were taking extended times to solve or hitting the limits of what SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium could complete. They agreed to lighthouse a new product called Simulia Structural Simulation Engineer, and in doing so not only could solve these problems in a timely manner, but were also able to drive their innovation in new directions that would not have been possible without SSE.

Session Attendee Benefits

Session Attendee Benefits: See real world design examples from the down hole drilling industry and how Infocus was able to utilize SOLIDWORKS Simulation and Simulia Structural Simulation Engineer to drive innovation and push the limits of down hole drilling.
